Manual Handling Safety

Manual material handling is when workers are physically moving or transporting materials by lifting the materials by themselves or with coworkers. Material handling injuries are extremely common injuries in workplaces because of the strain it can place upon workers. This course explains the different types of manual handling injuries and will show you proper lifting techniques and other tips to avoid injury. The course will take around 8 minutes to complete and is designed for use on desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet.
