Setting Revenue Budgets

Your revenue budget is a forecast of your business’s sales revenue and expenditure and helps you effectively and efficiently allocate resources so that you can meet your organization’s objectives. This course is part of the Managing Budgets series, a series designed to help organizations prepare and manage their budgets.
