Bringing Your Full Self to Work

There’s a difference between being authentic and being unfiltered. This course, taught by performance artist and founder of Weird is NRML (WIN) Michaud Garneau, you’ll learn how to present yourself as authentic and professional, and be given the tools needed to advance in the modern workforce. He will explain how to behave as your most authentic self at work and discuss your biggest enemy when you do so (spoiler alert: the bad guy is you). You’ll learn how to keep your authentic self in check with useful tools that help balance your innate professionalism and occasionally less refined authentic self in the workplace. Michaud will teach you that being mindful, recognizing others ideas, and expressing your ideas will spark creative ideas and actions. Upon completing this course, you’ll be ready to tackle the good and bad of your authentic self and grow in your career and beyond.
