How to Evaluate Your Team’s Performance

In this course, Eric Zackrison, PhD, President/CEO at IDI. US and business communications lecturer at UCSB, will be teaching you what key attributes you need to recognize in order to evaluate your team’s success and the role consistent evaluation plays in the success of the team.
