Unconscious and Implicit Bias and Microaggressions (Diversity & Inclusion) is an audio-only course. In this track, we’ll discuss unconscious and implicit bias. We’ll learn what these terms mean, how they can make an environment discriminatory, and what we can do – and not do – to treat people equally.We‚It’ll also cover microaggressions through the lens of racism, including what they are and some examples of them. This is a great track for open-minded people looking to be more empathetic friends and colleagues, and businesses looking to improve their retention, success levels, and diversity.
