This course is designed to help employees and managers understand the law.

All employees will know that new and expectant mothers are protected by equality law, employment rights and health and safety legislation and be able to describe the relevant employers – and employees – rights and responsibilities including rights to maternity leave and maternity pay and responsibility to notify.
