In our Deskercises: 05. Legs and Backside, While Standing course, we’ll demonstrate a range of simple exercises you can perform to help strengthen your body and reduce stress and tension. Designed for both in-office and at-home workers, this course presents nine quick and easy exercises you can complete while standing at your desk. These exercises are designed to help alleviate physical symptoms associated with sitting at a desk for long periods of time, including poor circulation, reduced mobility and balance, and tense hip flexors.
