Since our bodies are naturally designed to sleep at night, our Sleeping for Shift Work course offers strategies to overcome the unique challenges associated with the night shift. You’ll learn the basic science behind sleep, and gain practical tips on what you should do, and what you should avoid, to promote a deep and restful sleep on a different schedule. Using examples, this course also shows you how to trick your brain to adjust to your new sleep schedule.
