Habits: 02. Micro Habits

Viewers will gain more insight on the formation of habits and how to work through them for personal development with the Habits: 02. Micro Habits course. In part two, we’ll start by reviewing what we discussed in the first course about how habits are the ways we’ve trained our body and mind to react to common scenarios, so we don’t have to think through every regular event every time it happens.

In this course, part of our Habits series, we will take the discussion further by exploring habit design. Habit design is the intentional creation or maintenance of the habits that we want in our lives. While there are many ways to begin habit design, this course will focus on micro habits. We will define micro habits and discuss how to integrate micro habits into your everyday life.
