In our Are You a Micromanager? course, we will explore what it means to be a micromanager and how to pull back if you notice that you exhibit any of these tendencies. The line between effective, hands-on management and micromanagement can seem pretty thin at times. To start, this course will define micromanagement and explain why it’s ultimately an ineffective and demotivating management style. We’ll also go over the signs of micromanagement and discuss how to delegate to your team and engage with them successfully.
