This course is Part 3 in our series, The Leader as a Coach. In this series, we will describe how to incorporate the “leader as a coach” mindset into your leadership or management style. We’ll also talk about several different coaching skills models that are used for specific coaching situations and how to use them to raise your game as a leader in your organization.
