In Merchandising: Being Prepared and Working Safely, you’ll learn to prepare both physically and mentally to safely execute the responsibilities of your job. Merchandising for direct store delivery (DSD) is physically demanding. Aside from drive time between accounts, you’re on your feet all day. You’ll do some heavy lifting, which comes with a risk of physical injuries.

In this course, part of our Merchandising series, we’ll teach you proper lifting techniques for on-the-job safety. We’ll also go over some tools of the trade and how to use them to move your products into and around the store. The course is delivered in the form of a video with narration and helpful illustrations throughout.
