Generation Z: 01. Who Are They?

Generation Z accounts for 25% of the population and is the most diverse and inclusive generation yet. In our Who Are They? course we discuss Generation Z and why they are the fastest-growing group in both the workplace and the marketplace. We examine how this generation, which spanned the mid-90s to the mid-2000s, is completely at home with technology, the internet and social media. We will also review the effect the great recession has had on this group and some of their characteristics of self-awareness, innovation and being goal oriented.
