As the second part in our Anti-Racism for Leaders series, the Anti-Racism for Leaders: Creating and Implementing Policy course walks you through how to create effective anti-discrimination policies at your organization. The only way to effectively prevent racism is by establishing company policy. In this course, we will start by exploring why it’s important to take anti-racist action and the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace. From there, we’ll discuss why it’s important to have anti-racism and anti-discrimination policies and explain the differences between the two.
