Anti-Racism: The Anti-Racism Continuum

In the Anti-Racism: The Anti-Racism Continuum course, we take a close look at a commonly shared graphic designed by Dr. Andrew M. Ibrahim, which illustrates a person’s journey toward becoming anti-racist.

We explore the three phases outlined in the Anti-Racism Continuum graphic and apply them directly to the workplace through our own version, the Workplace Continuum. In this online course, you’ll learn more about the Fear Zone, the Learning Zone and the Growth Zone, and how to move from one zone to the next. We’ll define important terms like “race privilege,” “agitate” and “saviorism,” and we’ll show you how to effectively encourage change in your organization.
