Working with Different Generations: Working with Millennials is an elearning course that explores how to best understand and collaborate with this specific generation. You’ve probably heard a lot of largely disparaging things about Millennials. They’re ‚Äúlazy,” ‚Äúentitled,” etc. Maybe you even hold some of these views yourself. The truth is, Millennials are diverse and hardworking. They just tend to approach work a little differently than their older peers. And as they are the largest working generation, you’re bound to encounter them in the workplace, so it’s good to know how best to work with them. In this course, we’ll examine the Millennial generation and their preferences regarding working environment, work/life balance, and social interaction, as well as some general characteristics.
