Voting Essentials: Why Should I Vote?

Learn more about the history of voting rights and the importance of voting with our Voting Essentials: Why Should I Vote? elearning course. In this course, we’ll talk about why your vote matters. To start, we’ll briefly go over the history of voting for political leaders and explain the difference between a democracy and a dictatorship. From there, we’ll talk about the history of voting rights in the United States and discuss why you should vote while also touching on the reasons why some people don’t exercise their right to vote.
