Anti-Harassment for Bystanders: 03. An Intervention Mindset

In An Intervention Mindset, we examine how to identify sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as the emotional toll it can take on its victims. We’ll explain the impact of harassment on targets, bystanders, and workplaces and why it’s wrong. We’ll also cover the importance of assuming responsibility for reporting harassment. Lastly, you’ll learn how to prepare for intervention using the ABC approach.
