This course, Illinois Harassment and Discrimination: Scenarios follows up on our introductory program that helped employers and employees understand what constitutes such harassment in the workplace. By reviewing some actual workplace scenarios, you will have a better understanding of Illinois and Federal harassment laws. This course helps you understand that sexual harassment is not the only form of workplace harassment. You will discover that other forms such as those involving hiring practices that award work unfairly should be identified as unacceptable too. Part of the Illinois Harassment and Discrimination series, this course also shares instances when special needs employees need different accommodations than those applied to other hires. It lets you know what’s acceptable and what’s not. We also cover situations concerning close employee relationships that could affect businesses. During the course, we present you with a series of questions to help with your understanding.
