Our California Understanding Harassment: 07. Understanding Harassment in Review course runs down the core concepts presented to refresh what you’ve learned thus far. In this course, we will review how our understanding of sexual harassment has evolved over the years and go over the signs of it in the workplace. We’ll also review the personality types most likely to engage in this behavior, the methods used to harass targets and dispel the common myths about sexual harassment. We will also explain why targets often don’t come forward and what your responsibilities are if you’re a bystander to sexual harassment. Finally, we will discuss the problematic behaviors that count as sexual harassment under the law, review the warning signs of sexual harassment and explain how to create a harassment-free workplace culture.
