Understanding Harassment – California Scenarios

Part of the California Harassment and Discrimination series, the Understanding Harassment – California course presents a range of example scenarios to help you better understand the laws regarding workplace harassment and discrimination and when you have a responsibility to intervene. In this course, our scenarios will cover a range of topics including non-sexual harassment, hiring discrimination, workers with disabilities and more. For each example situation, we will explain why the scenario would be considered discrimination or harassment under the law or why the situation, while not illegal, is still inappropriate for the workplace to enhance your understanding. This course features a video presentation, downloadable material covering key points for future reference and a short quiz to assess what you’ve learned.
