Bank Secrecy for Management and Operations: Banking the Unbanked is an essential course for all bank employees who deal with business enterprises that may be classified as a Money Services Business (MSB). We’ll define an MSB and provide examples of potential MSBs that you might not have considered. Upon completion of this course, you will have learned the risks involved with doing business with MSBs who are subject to the BSA/AML regulations. You will also know how to act when dealing with a customer who is, in fact, an MSB but doesn’t know it.
