Our Anti-Harassment: 05. History of Sexual Harassment course explores how the concept of sexual harassment in the workplace and the laws against it have evolved over the years. In this course, you will learn about the landmark cases that have helped shape and influence the laws against sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace as we know them today, from Barnes v. Train in 1974 to Carlson v. Ailes in 2016.
