Understanding Harassment: 02. Understanding Offenders

As the second part in our series on stopping workplace sexual harassment, the Understanding Harassment: 02. Understanding Offenders course looks to explain the behaviors and motives of offenders, so you can better understand how to prevent harassment before it occurs. In this course, we’ll begin by looking at the main personality types that are most likely to sexually harass coworkers and explain the red flag behaviors that these personalities may engage in. From there, we will discuss the main methods offenders use to sexually harass their targets, so you can help ensure your workplace is safe and healthy for all employees.
