Empowerment Strategies for Women

As a woman, you’ve recognized how difficult it is to gain a leadership role at work compared to a man. You’ve struggled to have your gifts seen and accepted because of your gender. In this course, taught by Alexis Kanda-Olmstead, founder of AKO Collective, an online and in-person leadership development program designed for women, will teach you everyday actions to reframe your distinct power and the gifts of other women in your workplace. Research has proven that women are gifted leaders, unfortunately, dated gender roles and expectations have kept women from obtaining the job titles they deserve. Alexis will teach you how to lift your confidence through small, intentional acts that will work for, not against women. She’ll provide you with an empowering action plan, and you’ll learn how to use your inherent power to embrace your leadership style.
