Leading from a Distance

This course, taught by Ross Tartell, PhD, an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, will show you how to best lead remote employees. You’ll learn how to structure your virtual environment with a focus on empathy and success. Ross will explain the four traditional factors that will make you an effective remote team leader, and he’ll also provide you with methods to keep your team engaged. You’ll learn to identify which employees shine while working remotely and those that struggle, and how to connect with these groups in order to create the most positive outcome for your company.
