Identifying and Managing Your Stakeholders

Strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved in a task is crucial to successfully completing a project. This module will help project managers recognize their stakeholders (either internal or external), understand the role of each stakeholder in the project, and provide tools to analyze the stakeholders’ levels of interest, power, and engagement to influence and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
