In our How to Beat Jet Lag course, we discuss how traveling a long distance over several time zones can cause jet lag. A disruption of your body’s internal clock, jet lag has many symptoms and can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. In this course, we’ll explore several variables that factor into the severity of jet lag, and the things you can do to ease or even prevent jet lag symptoms. We’ll go over when and how to adjust to a new time zone, when and if you should nap, and other tips and tricks to help your body adapt to a new schedule.
