A workplace that has a fun culture has many benefits, as we’ll discuss in this elearning course, Liven Up Your Culture. In this course we will look at what a fun workplace culture looks like inside and out and why they reduce stress and promote creativity and productivity. We share tips for determining what your workplace culture is then take a look at ways you can develop a fun culture, like naming meeting rooms and stocking them with tools that promote creativity. We’ll consider break areas, conversation starters, activities or games, and dress codes. You’ll learn strategies you can employ to make your culture fun for employees and help them be more productive.
