Hearing Conservation (Manager)

Our Hearing Conservation (Manager) course reviews the safety standards organizations need to abide by in order to effectively protect against employee hearing loss when on the job. In this course, we’ll start by going over the human ear, how it works and why hearing loss or damage happens. We’ll also talk about the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards and review what you need to do to comply with OSHA’s hearing conservation program, including how to measure noise levels, how to train your staff, protective gear you should provide and the importance of recordkeeping.

Included in this course is a video presentation, downloadable material for future reference and a short assessment to review what you’ve learned. The content in this course complies with OSHA regulation 1910.95.
