Change Management: Change Model follows previous courses in the series that taught us how response to change is everything. This course looks at two change management models. The first is the thought-oriented model and the second is the results-oriented model. An understanding of these models will help you develop an action plan for managing change effectively.
The thought-oriented model focuses on the way you think about change. We’ll discuss negative thinking and what happens to your performance when you indulge in such thoughts. The results-oriented model focuses on a positive thought process, one that’s driven by results achieved when change is viewed as a step in the right direction.
