In our Beverage: 06. Bartending – The Pour course, we go over tips and tricks for pouring the perfect beverage every time. We’ll discuss the importance of a proper pour, and what the right pour looks like for wine, beer and cocktails. Key learnings also include the correct temperature for serving different types of wine, following rules for the cleaning and replacement of draft beer systems, and the most commonly ordered cocktails.
