In our Hotels and Inns: Valet – 03. Returning Vehicles course, we’ll provide you with tips on how to return a car to a guest while maintaining excellent customer service. To begin, we’ll talk about what to expect to do when returning a vehicle and review basic steps to take when a guest shows up to retrieve their car. From there, we will provide a step-by-step process you can follow when returning a car, including what not to do and how to maintain the safety of you and other guests. We will then go over what to do before and as the guest approaches their vehicle.

Finally, we’ll review what you need to do to complete the process and what to do if the guest notices damage to their car. This course features a video presentation, downloadable supplementary material and a post-assessment quiz to review what you’ve learned.
