In our Hotels and Inns: Food and Beverage – 03. Food Safety Plans course, we’ll review best practices for keeping your guests safe from foodborne illnesses and hazards. To start, we will go over the FDA documents you should review that outline food safety controls for hotels. We’ll also review your legal and safety requirements for serving food at your hotel. This course will also go over food safety concerns, including how to store and unpack food safely. We’ll also talk about how to prepare food safely and how to handle food allergies.
