The Hotels and Inns: Valet – 02. Parking Vehicles course provides an effective step-by-step process on how to safely park a guest’s vehicle. We’ll start by talking about what to do before a customer arrives. From there, we’ll walk you through what to do when a guest pulls in, including when to open the door and how to greet them. We’ll discuss how to inspect the car and ask the guest if there are any issues with the vehicle, as well as how to fill out and distribute claim tickets.

Finally, we will provide best practices on driving and parking a vehicle, as well as what to do when a guest arrives to claim their car. Included in this course is a video presentation, downloadable supplementary material and a self-assessment to review what you’ve learned.
