Our Beverage: 02. Beer and Spirits 101 course will provide you with the basic information regarding beer and spirits to help you provide top-notch beverage service in your restaurant. In this course, we’ll start at the beginning and provide a brief history of beer and spirits. We’ll then build on that and review how beer and spirits are made. We will also discuss the different types of beer and spirits and provide you with a list of basic vocabulary to help you effectively communicate with your customers when serving these beverages.
