This elearning course, Loan Processing – 05. The Decision, goes over the fifth and final stage in processing a loan. So far, your loan has been submitted as an application, your information has been verified, regulations have been followed, and your loan has been seen by an underwriter. Now, it’s time for your loan to either be approved or denied. After the underwriter has reviewed your entire loan package, there are four possible outcomes. You will learn about each of them in this course.
