In the How to Intervene in Sexual Harassment course, you’ll learn how to go from being a bystander to an active helper. So far in this series, we’ve talked about sexual harassment and bystanders, and determining when to intervene. In this course, we’ll guide you through the next step: getting involved. You’ll learn how to assess sexual harassment cases at work for risks and pick up a few strategies for intervening safely. We’ll also give tips for reporting incidents of harassment to HR and some general rules.
