California Understanding Harassment: 06. Bystander Training

Our California Understanding Harassment: 06. Bystander Training course details the responsibilities of those who witness sexual harassment in the workplace to help you maintain a safe and productive working environment. We’ll begin by reviewing the language and behaviors that count as sexual harassment under the law. We’ll also discuss why targets of harassment may not react in the moment and what sexual harassment looks like from a bystander’s point of view. This course also reviews the importance of workplace culture in preventing harassment and explains how to intervene successfully if you witness sexual harassment.
