California Anti-Harassment: 04. Examples and Scenarios

With a special focus on the laws that apply to California, the California Anti-Harassment: 04. Examples and Scenarios course provides real world examples to help you understand what your role is when it comes to preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. In this course, we’ll present a range of scenarios and explain which behaviors count as sexual harassment or discrimination under the law, which ones do not, and the reasons why. With each scenario, we will also discuss the best course of action to take in order to help you understand when, where and how to report if behaviors in your workplace cross the line into harassment.
