Our Discrimination: The Protected Classes course defines workplace discrimination and outlines the protected classes to ensure your workplace is a safe and inclusive space for all employees.

In this course, we will discuss what constitutes workplace discrimination, what the protected classes are, and the employment laws that are currently enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Additionally, we will identify which employment practices are reviewed by the EEOC and how to develop effective non-discriminatory policies that protect both employees and potential candidates, so you can maintain a healthy working environment.
