In Making Direct Store Deliveries: Making Deliveries, we’ll take you through the delivery process that you’re expected to know and follow as part of your job. All retailers have their own unique delivery guidelines and processes, but the direct story delivery (DSD) process is fairly standard. In this course, we’ll cover everything from parking and checking in to stocking your product on store shelves. We’ll also troubleshoot what to do when you visit different types of stores, such as where to go if the store doesn’t have a loading dock, for example.
