Introduction to VUCA Framework is an elearning course that shows you how to help your business prepare for challenging situations. VUCA may sound like a snappy acronym from a sci-fi film, but it’s actually a useful way to approach challenges. Originally used by the U.S. Army in the early ’90s, the term is often used as a catchall for big challenges.
