Our Hotels and Inns: Valet – 01. Appearance and Professionalism course provides tips and advice, so you can succeed in your role as a valet. In this course, we’ll begin by explaining the valet dress code. We will discuss how you can dress and groom in order to present a clean, welcoming look to every guest. We’ll also go over what you can do to give guests a great first impression, including how to have a good attitude, how to carry yourself and how to behave when you’re on the job. We’ll also go over what to avoid doing when you’re in your guest’s vehicle.
