Motivation drives us to make decisions, so we can get things done. As part of our Decision Making series, the Decision Making Basics: 02. Understanding Motivation elearning course will help you understand motivation and how our own motivations can impact how we make decisions.

In this course, we will explore the two different types of motivation, extrinsic and intrinsic, and how they impact our choices. We will also examine hidden motivators, or cognitive biases, and discuss how you can analyze your motivations and biases in order to make more objective decisions.
