Critical Observation

This Critical Observation elearning course goes over how to look beyond what’s being communicated on the surface to get to the deeper meaning of things. No matter your field of work, this course offers best practices on how to develop critical observation skills. We’ll begin by defining critical observation and explaining what it means. From there, we will review the two types of critical observation and how you can improve your skills with both by using active listening, developing emotional intelligence, uncovering unconscious bias, taking inventory of what you know, and more.
