Common Sense: Professional Relationships

Relationship-building at work is essential to individual and team success, as we will discuss in this elearning course, Professional Relationships. In the course, we will review the seven major types of work relationships: colleagues, work friends, work best friends or work spouses, work enemies, superiors, direct reports, and mentors/mentees to see how they differ. We will also look at the behaviors and languages associated with each and give you tips for developing these relationships to better help you and your team.
