Concise vs. Curt is an elearning course that offers helpful advice for anyone who works within a team. It may be more common with the written word than the spoken word, but a very brief communication from a boss or coworker can sometimes be misconstrued as rude. Because we are forced to interpret the mood and meaning of the written message without the aid of body language, tone of voice, or facial expression, things are often miscommunicated.
