In this Administrative Excellence: 08. Anticipating Needs course, you’ll learn that the role of an administrative assistant is to be the boss’s right-hand helper, to know what that person needs and when they need it. It may sound like you need to be psychic, but that’s not what we mean. When you learn to anticipate your boss’s needs, you’ll be well on your way to being indispensable. We’ll discuss how you can watch and observe to learn your supervisor’s way of working and specific needs, and the things you should take particular notice of in order to serve them better.
