In this course, we will focus on a niche marketing discipline called shopper marketing that’s focused on understanding shopper behaviors. We’ll discuss how to leverage that understanding and talk about common tactics aimed at influencing those behaviors to positively impact consumption of a brand or category. From there, we’ll go over the differences between shoppers and consumers and discuss how to effectively connect with shoppers by using an action-based process that’s driven by insights.
